Chef William Burridge
Chef William Burridge was the original chef when Crystal Ridge opened in 2004 and quickly made Crystal Ridge the place to eat. Unfortunately, William had to leave us in 2007 to deal with family issues back home in Nova Scotia but returned in 2012 to restore Crystal Ridge to its former glory. We are extremely happy to have Chef William back as he has quite a following in Okotoks and surrounding areas.
Chef William is a qualified Red Seal Chef, who worked for many years at both the Jasper Park Lodge and Fairmont Banff Springs where he was one of the top chefs out of several hundred. William spent more than a year in Europe as a chef at the Canadian Consulate in Germany where he was trained in European cuisine. Chef William and his culinary team take pride in creating delicious homemade meals that suit any occasion
