INTRODUCTION | GREEN FEES | HOURS | LAYOUT & SCORE | POLICIES & REGULATIONS | CORPORATE 1. Dress Code Attire on the golf course is expected to conform with traditional golf attire. The dress code policy applies to all adults, children and guests. Appropriate Golf Attire: - Men’s and Ladies shirts must either have sleeves or a collar - Shorts are not to be shorter than mid thigh in length - No offensive slogans on any clothing - Blue jeans are discouraged 2. Alcohol Crystal Ridge Golf Club is licensed for liquor service in our restaurants and the beverage carts. Only alcoholic beverages purchased from the Club may be consumed on the premises. Alcohol not purchased from the club will be removed by a Golf Club employee. Management reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to anyone considered to be intoxicated. 3. Golf Carts Due to insurance reasons, only persons sixteen and over with a driver’s license will be permitted to operate a golf cart. Persons under this age criteria are not permitted to operate the power cart even when accompanied by an adult. 4. Injury, loss or damage Crystal Ridge Golf Club Ltd. shall not be responsible for injuries sustained by members or guests, or for any damage to, or loss of, property belonging to members and guests. Each member and guest shall use the club premises at his/her own risk. 5. Practice Area Crystal Ridge Golf Club has a netted warm up area, practice putting green and chipping area for members and our green fee guests. The equity members can use the facilities anytime, while guests have this privilege included in their green fee. The general public can use our practice facilities without a green fee for $5.00. Practice balls cannot be removed from the facility for personal use. 6. Communications General club correspondence will be done either through our web site or by email to all members. Golf club events will be displayed on the pro shop’s bulletin board or in areas around the clubhouse. 7. Suggestions or Complaints Any suggestions or complaints regarding service, facilities, members, management, employees, or club operations may be addressed through the use of comment cards located inside William’s foyer or by the handicap computer in the pro shop. The alternative is to express your thoughts in written form to Office Manager (Sharron Taylor). 8. Cancellation policies We would ask that any cancellation be communicated with the pro shop at least five days in advance in order that we can make up the draw. Cancellations within five days of the event will be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of the tournament committee. |
